As Partner-in-Charge of L+M Mechanical and Plumbing, Jamal Taha has been responsible for the supervision, design and execution of HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings. Joining the firm in 1992 and made a partner in 2005, he brings many years of experience to the investigation, repair and replacement of these systems.



Projects



Mr. Taha has designed chiller, cooling tower and chilled/hot water pump replacements for such multi-family residential buildings as The Churchill, East Midtown Plaza, Continental Towers, 650 Park Avenue, and the Penn South housing complex, all in New York City.

He has designed boiler plant replacement projects for 550 Park Avenue, 230 East 88th Street, 1175 Park Avenue, 1120 Park Avenue and 50 East 72nd Street in Manhattan. He has also designed replacements for various New York City Housing Authority buildings and complexes.

Mr. Taha has also replaced HVAC systems, boilers, oil tanks and risers for various schools under the direction of the New York City School Construction Authority.



Education, Registrations and Organizations



Holding a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from Kuwait University, Mr. Taha is a licensed engineer in the State of New York and a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
